How To Take The SeroFit Supplement

How To Follow The SeroFit Dietary Plan (“SDP”)

The SeroFit Dietary Plan (“SDP”) is the same exact approach that has successfully helped tens of thousands of people lose weight in Dr. Posner’s medically supervised weight loss clinics around the United States.

We utilize “real food” in the SDP and only recommend protein bars/powders/shakes as snacks and rarely for meal replacements.

Here is our theory as to why a “real food” dietary approach provides a much better chance of long-term weight loss: We will all be eating “real food” for the rest of our lives and meal replacement programs are not sustainable in the long-term. Meal replacements such as prepackaged foods, bars and shakes are “diets” and when those diets are finished there is a very high likelihood of gaining back all of the weight.

The SDP approach helps burn fat cells and as weight loss is happening, skeletal muscle is preserved, fat loss occurs and the overall percentage body fat drops.

Here is the scientific basis of the SDP: The cells in our body utilize glucose as their major fuel source. Glucose is the breakdown product of carbohydrates, starches and sugars. We store glucose in the liver in a form called “glycogen”. When we go into a low-car dietary mode, our cells still need glucose. If we are not taking this in via our diet, then where do the cells get glucose? First, we break down the glycogen but very shortly, glycogen starts running out. Then, the body turns to breaking down fat cells to generate glucose. During that biochemical process, we spin off a chemical called “ketone bodies”. Hence, the SDP falls under the category of “ketogenic” diets.
